总结:When conducting the analysis of the routes, frequencies of urban public transportation and the actual cost of the passage in the city of Riobamba, belonging to the province of Chimborazo, the objective is to find the guidelines for the determination of operating costs, That way to the contribution of the determination of the real cost of the passage. Based on the information collected, it was possible to know the base rate of urban service, such as the incidents occurring in it, that is to say, the lack of organization of the service, the disputes between the units to cover the largest number of passengers, Which trigger problems in the flow of vehicles and in service to users. Once the situation has been analyzed, it is decided to implement the management model known as the "Common Box". This model covers the new urban public transport system, seeking equality between the partners that make up this service. This proposal has as a special characteristic to carry out a new rearrangement in its routes, being the elimination of the lines 03, 04, 06, 07, 11, 13 and the modification of the other lines of buses, hoping so that they are providing the propitious service to The inhabitants of the canton Riobamba applying the system of common box suggested in recent times by the regulations. With the modification of these routes and the implementation of the common box is sought to provide a service that provides the user with safety, comfort and quality, locating technical stops for passengers on board and landing, avoiding clandestine stops that harm the service itself as the Vehicular flow Once described the proposal that will help the traffic problems that occur due to the imprudence on the part of the drivers, it is recommended to the pertinent entities to enforce the statutes concerning the subject taking as review the present work.
