| সংক্ষিপ্ত: | In the present investigation entitled "Digital marketing strategies and their impact on the positioning of the company Capital Pub Restaurant in the city of Riobamba, period 2021-2022.", the objective will be expanded to solve the problem within the bar restaurant. In addition, throughout the investigation and with the processes carried out, the impact of digital marketing on the positioning of the brand is shown. In Chapter II Theoretical Framework and State of the Art, relevant information on the two study variables was collected, as well as details related to the topic or problem from different bibliographic sources. Within Chapter III Methodology the hypothetical-deductive method is extended, the type of research was descriptive and correlational. We worked with a sample of 381 clients, for data collection observation, survey and interview were obtained, using the questionnaire addressed to Capital Pub clients, finally, for the processing of the data collected, Microsoft Excel was used and SPSS statistical software. In Chapter IV the analysis and interpretation of the results is presented, for which graphs and statistical tables were drawn, in addition, the Chi-Square test was carried out where the alternative hypothesis "Digital marketing strategies impact the positioning" could be verified. of the Capital Pub Restaurant brand of the city of Riobamba, period 2021-2022.", already with the results obtained in Chapter V, we proceed to establish the conclusions and recommendations. To conclude the investigation in Chapter VI, the Improvement Proposal of who aims to establish digital marketing strategies to position the brand of Capital Pub Bar Restaurant in the city of Riobamba is carried out. |
