Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | The purpose of this study is to determine the consequences of the mandatory nature of the Covid-19 vaccine on the fundamental rights of people; for this, a documentary investigation was carried out with a qualitative approach, in which the main aspects of the right to health were systematized concerning the obligations that the State intends to impose, and the measures that it seeks to apply regarding rights of constitutional rank. As part of the methodology, relevant literature and legislation were reviewed to later objectively analyze the weighting of rights prior to concluding whether or not the obligation of the vaccine goes against fundamental rights such as individual freedom, the right to decide about your own body and that of both personal and family intimacy; thus concluding that there are specific cases in which the mandatory nature of the vaccine should be assumed, for which reason better dissemination of the State on the consequences of not vaccinating is recommended for immunization against Covid-19; give more significant incentives to the population that has completed its vaccination scheme and optimize communication campaigns to achieve inoculation of the largest population and thus avoids infections that have occurred in recent times. |
