Innovacion de las Industrias Chocolateras, y el Desarrollo Socioeconomico en la Parroquia de Huachi Chico de la Ciudad de Ambato.

ABSTRAC: Innovation in the chocolate industries and their socioeconomic development within the parish of Huachi Chico in the city of Ambato is one of the main axes that this area has, it occurs in chocolate making and production workshops that function in a artisanally, this innovative venture has made it recognized worldwide for its quality in chocolate boards and its customer service, which has been very efficient. To learn more about these chocolate workshops located in the parish of Huachi Chico in the city of Ambato, all the information possible was collected to know how these workshops operate in terms of innovation and productivity. In the same way, historical information was collected that tells us about the transcendent years that each workshop has had over time until today. To learn more about the innovation and socioeconomic development that these workshops offer, different general and specific objectives were implemented and different hypotheses were also proposed that with the help of an exhaustive study it will be possible to corroborate and verify whether the hypotheses proposed through a surveys to these chocolate making and production workshops. In the methodological chapter the hypothetical-deductive method is proposed, this investigative method will allow whether the hypotheses raised are accepted or rejected with the help of the chi square and the analysis of the variables with the SPSS tool. Different questions were applied as a survey method where different points necessary for this investigative study can be verified. These questions are posed with the purpose of knowing their production processes, competitive advantage, innovation, etc. The strategies proposed based on the proposed objectives are given based on the discussion analysis and results that were carried out to better understand innovation in the chocolate industries and their socioeconomic development in the parish of Huachi Chico in the city of Ambato. . .
