| 總結: | Objective: The main objective of this review was to evaluate the adhesion strength of intra-radicular posts in roots of single-rooted teeth. Materials and Methods: A bibliographic review was carried out under PRISMA standards, the databases used for this bibliographic review were: Pubmed, Embase, Scopus and Web of Science, in accordance with the previously defined search equation, no search filters were applied. date or language, following the criteria and rules for each database. 1162 studies were identified, discarding duplicates using Mendeley, selecting them by title and abstract; To analyze the full texts, 12 studies were selected, which are in vitro studies. Results: The adhesion strength of the different study groups with respect to different variables such as resin cements in which a considerable variability is observed in the adhesion force in these locations, highlighting higher values in the cervical region (14.57 MPa) in comparison with the apical region (6.41 MPa) and the middle (12.20 MPa). This pattern could be related to the different methods of preparation and cementation of the fiberglass post on the tooth root in different anatomical areas. The effectiveness of different etching techniques, specifically 37% phosphoric acid and 24% hydrogen peroxide, to improve the adhesion of fibrous posts to the dentin of the root canal, in the etch and rinse and self-etching modes, is described. as well as different irrigants (sodium hypochlorite, EDTA, distilled water) influence the bond strength. Conclusion: The cementing agents used for intraradicular cementation of posts, a significant diversity has been observed, such as conventional resin cements (RelyX ARC) that show good performance in terms of bond strength, self-etching resin cements (Biscem) and self-adhesive (RelyX U200) showed an immediate bond strength similar to dentin and glass ionomer cements (Luting and Lining) that offer chemical and micromechanical adhesion to the tooth structure. |
