Streszczenie:The main objective of this research study was to identify the level of motivation for learning in the leveling students of the psychopedagogy career of the National University of Chimborazo, for the design of a motivational guide that proposes strategies to strengthen the interest and commitment in their professional preparation, recognizing the importance of the motivational factor in their studies and the strategies that can be applied in the different semesters of the career, since with a good motivation they will have a better attitude in the teaching and learning process. Methodologically, the research approach was quantitative, with a non-experimental, descriptive, basic, field, crosssectional design. It was applied to a population of 50 students of Leveling of the Psychopedagogy career of the period 2023- 2S, it does not merit a sample since it worked with the whole population. The data collection was carried out through the application of the psychometric questionnaire M.A.P.E.-II, which allowed obtaining crucial information on the level of motivation of the study population. With the data obtained, tabulation, graphical representation and data analysis were carried out using Excel. The critical analysis of the data and the interpretation of the information was carried out by the researcher, resulting in the conclusion that the leveling students have an average level of motivation for learning. It was considered pertinent to provide a motivational guide so that teachers can apply strategies with their students and improve motivation in the classroom.
