For the management variable, the officials of the Cebadas Parish Autonomous Decentralized Government and the Municipal Decentralized Autonomous Government of the Guamote Canton, in which the planning, organization and direction were evaluated; while for the variable Tourist offer to providers of tourist services (accommodation, food, guides, transport); Components of tourism products, tourism services and tourism infrastructure were evaluated, with the data acquired, the general hypothesis and the specific hypotheses were verified through the application of the Spearman Rho statistic, in which it is evidenced that the management is not related with the tourist offer. Finally, through the results obtained from the investigation and the carrying out of a situational diagnosis (SWOT) of the community, management strategies are proposed to improve the tourist offer of the Guarguallá Chico community, Parroquia Cebadas. |

El trabajo es de carácter descriptivo, correlacional, análitico, su diseño de investigación es no experimental, traseccional correlacional causal, basandose en establecer el grado de influencia existente entre la variable gestión y la variable oferta turística; se aplicó dos cuestionarios en un lapso de tiempo determinado para la recolección de la información. Para la variable gestión a los funcionarios del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial Cebadas y al Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal del Cantón Guamote, en los que se evaluó la planificación, organización y dirección; mientras que para la variable Oferta turística a los prestadores de servicios turísticos (alojamientos, alimentación, guías, transportes); se evaluó componentes de los productos turísticos, servicios turísticos e infraestructura turística, con los datos adquiridos se procedió hacer la verificación de la hipótesis general y las hipótesis especificas mediante la aplicación estadígrafo Rho de Spearman, en el cual se evidencia que la gestión no se relaciona con la oferta turística.
