Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | ABSTRACT: The main objective of the present investigation refers to the topic of Food Heritage and Gastronomic Tourism in the parish of Licto, Province of Chimborazo. The relationship between the two proposed variables was analyzed. Chapter I. Emphasis was placed on the formulation of the problem, in terms of Food Heritage and Gastronomic Tourism in the parish of Licto, where the problematic situation was justified, and at the same time, the objectives to be achieved were established. Chapter II. The theoretical bases, antecedents and state of the art of the investigation were based on bibliographical data based on books or scientific articles referring to the two variables, which served as support for the development of the study. Chapter III. The type, design and focus of the research was selected, as well as the methods, techniques or tools for data collection. From the study population, a sample was calculated and subsequently the variable matrices were structured in order to determine their relationship. Chapter IV. In the last step, it proceeded to analyze the results obtained from the field work, where conclusions and recommendations were generated, which gave way to finally formulate a proposal, which allowed us to solve the problems encountered during the development of the entire research project. |
