The research design to be applied is not experimental, because in the investigative process there will be willful manipulation of the variables, i.e. the problem to be investigated will be studied such as occurs in its context, placing human talent in a qualitative approach to emphasize in its quantitative interpretation using tables and graphs. The audit, evidence need to know the problems in the company, once identified emerges strategies to try to improve the functioning of the Department of human talent, taking good relations from all the constituent elements that govern the operation of the same, without undermining the maximized or minimized problems arising in labour relations as a priority. Recommend to it that you must structure the Organization through a manual functions and socialize it with all the members of the entity, so that they know their roles and responsibilities to be fulfilled. |
