Summary:This research is about the bullfighting journalism in Riobamba which is developed through a previous research, taking a sample of the population focusing several themes and axes like; journalistic, cultural, and historical which is divided and developed systematically . The research is divided into five chapters. The first chapter contains the problem statement, the objectives starting from the macro to the micro and the importance of the theme is sustained. In the second chapter the theoretical foundation is based on a scientist and theoretical form by doctrine and concepts of the problem. This chapter is approached the bullfighting journalism topic and its impact in the Riobamba´s tauromaquia during the years 1997 until 2012. Also is introduced the historic process of the bullfighting journalism, its impact and evolution the basic knowledge of the professional in this branch is also synthesize. In the third chapter we have the methodological framework in which is explained the method applied in the investigation, the design and type of research also is conducted is explaines each of this processes, from the selection of the population until the sample´s obtained, besides the techniques and tools used to gather information during the research process. In Chapter four are found the obtained conclusions after have followed all the research processes, which address us to several recommendations to taken in account within bullfighting journalism.
