添加标签 | 总结: | Through the present feasibility study of creating a company that produces disinfectant alcohol dispensers in Salcedo canton is established, since there aren´t similar companies and this will help boost the economy in this sector, in the dispensers you can place your brand whatever design you request, the product is suitable for business owners selling a product or providing a service. For the present project the market study was carried out through the application of surveys since it doesn´t have historical data, the supply, demand and potential customers were determined, in the technical study the production process diagram was proposed, the place appropriate for the construction of the company is in the Tebaida neighborhood, considered as a strategic place, easily accessible that belongs to the Salcedo canton, the plant will have a total construction area of 166 m2, it´ll be make up of the administrative area, sales and production , it´ll also have hygienic services and the respective warehouses of raw material and finished product, the human talent, the machines, the direct and indirect raw material for production were determined, through the administrative study the distribution of the personnel was carried out and the respective functions. In the financial study, the investment required for the execution of the project was calculated, which is $ 103,565.19, the factory cost of the dispenser is $ 57.41, the retail price is $ 88.98, which represents a profit margin of 31.57 %, in the financial evaluation a VAN of $ 80657.02 was obtained, a TIR of 52.03%, a TMAR of 9.46% and the recovery period is 3 years and 4 months, therefore it´s feasible that the project be carried out in view of that for every dollar invested, you earn 0.34 cents. |
