Summary:The purpose of this research was to investigate the Intangible Cultural Heritage and Tourism Offer of Licto Parish, Riobamba Canton. The type of research is field, qualitative, quantitative, documentary and its study design is non-experimental, cross-sectional, descriptive, correlational based on determining the degree of relationship between the variables intangible cultural heritage and tourism offer, therefore insitu and questionnaires were applied. In a single period of time to obtain necessary information, these questionnaires were applied to two different samples, for the variable Intangible Cultural Heritage to the economically active population of the Licto parish and the components of ancestral customs and knowledge, performing arts and traditions and oral expressions and to carry out the study of the variable Tourist offer, tourists taken as a sample evaluating the components of tourism resources, tourism plant, and services, Tourism superstructure, with the data obtained when applying the instruments, the verification of both general and e hypothesis specify through the application of Rho de Spearman and it is evidenced that there is significant influence between intangible cultural heritage and the tourist offer and one of the specific customs and ancestral knowledge hypothesis from this analysis the conclusions made. It obtained that the intangible cultural heritage and tourism offer maintains a level of significant importance, but that young people should be strengthened and motivated to be part of our cultural identity and take advantage of these resources; therefore we proceed to propose strategies for conservation and valuation of customs and Ancestral knowledge thus promoting awareness to the inhabitants of how vital our intangible cultural heritage
