Chapter I: is about the referential framework that contains the problem proposal, problem formulation, objectives and justification. Chapter II: is about the theoretical framework and the theoretical foundation which is a study of all scientific bases to be used in our investigation. Chapter III: Methodological framework, several research methods were applied. The techniques and tools used are: observation and survey, for this type of study some in situ research was employed as well as documentary research and exploratory research, for determining the sample size a total number of 5620 tourists (domestic and foreign) who entered the parish of Huigra in February 2013 has been taken, as well as the population of Huigra, making a total number of 4926 individuals. |
