Summary:ABSTRACT: This research work, “ The Management of Human Talent and the Organizational Development of the Clarensa S.A. printing press, Guayaquil period 2018”, which allowed to show the human talent management and its effect on organizational development. In the problem statement, the problem was detailed based on an interview with the print Manager. Also, the interview facilitated information to develop other points of the investigation. In-state of the art are the antecedents or research projects carried out, in which the theoretical analysis was based, taking definitions of several authors for each variable investigated. The methodology explained the method used, type of research, the design of the research, the universe population. In addition, the techniques for collecting data were the interview and the survey. The statistical program SPSS in was used to process the information. The analysis of the results was through statistical tables and graphs. The discussion of results evidenced problems in the management of human talent, which influenced the organizational development. The verification of the hypothesis was carried out through Fisher’s exact test, and all this gave step to formulate the conclusions and recommendations due. As the last point, a proposal was developed, which is a human talent management system of the Clarensa S.A., printing press, to improve organizational development.
