Therefore, the Organic Law of Humanitarian Support is promoted to avoid unemployment and give the long-awaited job stability to the worker with the emerging special contract, making it clear that taking care of the economy prevails for employers, employees, etc. Thus, pretending to offer continuity to their workers and therefore they can seek personal development and that of their families. With the changes that were inserted in the health emergency, a reduction in the time of working hours and their remunerations were allowed, which are canceled according to working hours, thus allowing a regression of the rights of workers, precariousness and with it violating the principles of inalienability, indubio pro-operator principle and labor stability that are embodied in our Constitution of Ecuador Art 326, Labor Code and the International Labor Organization and other related regulations.
