The research study has a descriptive scope. As well as qualitative and quantitative research, tools were used to measure the physical condition of athletes such as the Carmelo Bosco Test and a speed test for after applying the plyometric training to apply the tests again and obtain true results in the research data were analyzed using the Excel programThe results obtained at the end of the investigation are very important since it was possible to establish the importance of well-applied plyometric exercises in soccer players, in this way a precedent is set for future research on plyometrics.
