La gestión administrativa y financiera en la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito desarrollo andino ltda.; del cantón Guamote, provincia de Chimborazo y su incidencia en el desarrollo local en el periodo 2014- 2015

This researching is looking to determine the Financal Administrative Financial and its incidence in the development in the period 2014 - 2015, in order to constitute a guide for the Cooperative Savings and Credit Development “Andino Ltda.”, and the theoretical foundations of the administrative and financial management. Bibliographical and quantitative information is presented, using, graphs, and analysis and discussion outcomes. The content of this research is divided into four chapters as follows: Chapter I, Reference Framework, is composed by the approach, formulation of the problem, objectives (general and specific) finally, the justification and importance corresponding to the research project. Chapter II, Theoretical Framework, it`s structured by four units which contain concepts, principles and characteristics. In the administrative and financial management, objectives theories, sources, are defined. It also contains the model methodology and the empirical evidence. Chapter III, Methodological Framework, It indicates the type, research design, as well as the techniques and instruments used for data collection as data analysis, data processing and hypothesis comparison. Chapter IV, It presents the conclusions reached when this work has been completed and the respective recommendations which will give beginnings to future work, also it bibliography used for the same one
