Description
Résumé:ABSTRACT The research was focused on the modality of bibliographic review, its objective is to collect the available scientific evidence on the use of physiotherapeutic exercises in patients with scapular dyskinesia, determining the efficacy of therapeutic exercises mainly of stabilization, strengthening or scapular stretching applied in patients with musculoskeletal alterations in the scapula and with involvement mainly at the shoulder / neck level. The aforementioned exercises are not well known in the workplace as part of the intervention plans, at the same time there is little evidence of existing bibliography in reference to the subject and a large part of the treatments only address the rehabilitation of the shoulder. In the research carried out, 89 scientific articles were found with a publication range from 2015 to the present, the bibliographic sources used for this study were: PubMed, Elsevier, Scielo, Academia.edu, Google Academic, ScienceDirect, PEDro and ResearchGate, From the total of articles collected, 35 were selected in English using the inclusion and exclusion criteria, in addition to complying with a score equal to or greater than 6 according to the PEDro scale or when being considered high-impact articles. The information obtained through the research process will improve the existing scientific evidence on the impact of physiotherapeutic exercises in patients with scapular dyskinesia, thus providing professionals with specific treatment alternatives for this disorder, and thus meet the objective of the present study. Key words: dyskinesia, stabilization, scapular, exercises, rehabilitation. Reviewed by: Mgs. Geovanny Armas Pesántez ENGLISH PROFESSOR C.C. 0602773301
