If culture is the way in which a society interprets, transmits and transforms historical reality is the concrete and peculiar way in which a society relates to its past, when carrying out a historical investigation we inquire into the social elaboration of historical experience and its embodiment Objective in the life of a community. Elaboration that, usually, carried out different social agents - many times concurrent - through varied means. It is necessary to carry out this research because it will allow to make known the reality of the community with their experiences, history, development possibilities to society in general, with the purpose of transmitting their knowledge. In this sense the beneficiaries of the research will make the inhabitants of the Community of Shulala and society in general by endowing a historical document that will allow them to know their historical reality, cultural partner and finally establish conclusions and recommendations that express the analyzed aspects In the good of the community.
