الملخص:The aim of the study is analyze Personality Styles and Interpersonal Relations in Clinical Psychology students of the Universidad Nacional de Chimborazo, 2019.The research was carried out from a quantitative approach, field type and bibliographic, non-experimental design and transversal, and descriptive level with an intentional non probabilistic sample of 5o students, consisting of 38 women and 12 men with a minimum age of 21 and a maximum of 28 years. The Millon Personality Style Inventory and the Interpersonal Relations Test were applied, obtaining as a result that 26% of students have exacerbated traits in the Reflection Personality Style, followed by 24% Individualism and 22% in Control; meanwhile, in Interpersonal Relations was found that students present difficulties in the dimensions of Self-control and Tolerance. Based on the data obtained, a Psychological Intervention Plan was carried out from a cognitive-behavioral approach that aims to potentiate Personality Styles and increase Self-Control and Tolerance Levels. It is important that for the following investigations, these variables are related taking into account other factors such as age, sex, socioeconomic level, among others.
