In the methodology all the methods used in the investigation are captured, which, through surveys, indicators, flow grams etc. they provided us with sufficient and competent results to be able to reach the discussion and thus be able to issue the respective conclusions and recommendations. |

Ltda. Cantón Chambo, período 2016, se realizó una evaluación con el fin de identificar los posibles problemas que existen dentro de la empresa y así poderlos subsanar. Para identificar estos problemas se plantearon objetivos que nos ayudaron a tener suficiente evidencia para poder sustentarlos, además se desarrolló el estado del arte donde, básicamente se detalla todos los antecedentes, las bases teóricas relacionados con la investigación.
