| الملخص: | Currently, customer satisfaction plays a significant role in the time of fulfilling their expectations after receiving a service or product; as a result of having happy customers, the tourist accommodation sector has allowed several tourists to spend the night in the city of Baños de Agua Santa, highlighting that this city is a representative icon of tourism inEcuador. For this reason, the present research is focused on carrying out a comprehensive analysis of customer satisfaction and the offer of accommodation services to improve the quality of the service offered in the city of Baños de Agua Santa. The data produced by the investigation applied to tourists and owners of establishments in the city of Baños de Agua Santa indicates that it is essential to quality, location, friendliness, and facilities, these being the main points to evaluate when making the decision which establishment stays. Customer satisfaction and the offer of accommodation services seek to improve the quality of service for both national and international tourists to meet expected expectations and - M MMimprove existing deficiencies. |
