The second part is the State of the Art, composed of the generalities of the Cooperative and the development of the variables (Dependent and Independent). For the development of the present research, the Indirect Deductive Method was used through a descriptive research approach of nonexperimental design; the Financial Balance Sheets of a fiscal year of the Cooperative were determined as the study population, being the means of collecting information on the risk control system and the liquidity of the cooperative with which the system was applied. Finally, conclusions and recommendations were issued regarding the results obtained so that in this way, the manager and the risk department can make decisions to benefit and increase the development of the Cooperative. |

Finally, conclusions and recommendations were issued regarding the results obtained so that in this way, the manager and the risk department can make decisions to benefit and increase the development of the Cooperative.El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad aplicar un sistema de control de riesgo para la evaluación de la liquidez de la cooperativa Sumak Samy Ltda., Ambato, que se encuentra distribuido de la siguiente manera: La primera parte consta de un Marco Referencial en el cual se refleja aspectos fundamentales del proyecto como es el planteamiento del problema, la justificación y los objetivos. La segunda parte de la investigación hace referencia del Estado del Arte, mismo que está compuesto tanto de las generalidades de la Cooperativa, como también el desarrollo de cada una de las variables (Dependiente e Independiente). Para el desarrollo de la presente investigación se utilizó el Método Deductivo Indirecto mediante un enfoque de investigación descriptivo de diseño no experimental; se determinó como población de estudio a los Balances Financieros de un año fiscal de la Cooperativa siendo el medio de recaudación de información sobre el sistema de control de riesgos y la liquidez de la cooperativa con lo que se aplicó el sistema.
