सारांश:ABSTRACT The present degree work of the Commercial Engineering Career of the National University of Chimborazo is the management of human talent and its relationship with the work performance of Constructora General Services S.A. For the year 2021, the objectives specified to cover its needs. This research exposes the shortcomings regarding human talent and job performance in Constructora General Services S.A. that significantly affect the potential development of employees. In the state of the art and theoretical framework, several bibliographic sources reviewed that help us to know definitions on the exposed topic to support the research project and in turn carry out an impeccable job. In the methodology section we found the types of research that were: descriptive, explanatory, propositional, field, bibliographic. We worked with the total population since there is no sample, the survey used to collect data that directed to the employees and workers of the Constructora General Services, the SPSS tool used to process their information. For a better understanding of the results, it has been considered to present the information through graphs and tables, a statistical analysis carried out to verify the hypothesis using the Chi-square test, the result being that the management of human talent influences job performance of the workers of the Constructora General Services, with them the conclusions and recommendations made. To conclude, improvement processes proposed for the work performance of the workers of Constructora General Services S.A. Keywords: Human Talent, Performance, Motivation, Training, Processes.
