| Summary: | The present research work entitled "Biomechanical control of free kick technique in basketball, selected minor provincial category of Chimborazo", responds to a cross-sectional descriptive research design. The main objective was to biomechanically evaluate the technique of free throw in basketball, and its technical errors in relation to the established technical models. The sample consisted of a total of 8 basketball players selected from the province of Chimborazo, with an average age of 12.50 ± 0.18. The instruments used for the development of the research were the "Structural Model by Face of the Technique" raised and validated by the PhD. Esteban Loaiza in his doctoral thesis - Russia 2012, the methodology for the control of the technique through the work of experts "CTE" raised and validity by PhD. Eugenio Perdomo Manzo - Cuba 2010 and biomechanical analysis software KINOVEA 8.15, adapted to a SONY Handycam 4KAXI camera with a margin of error of 2.4mp. For the statistical verification of results obtained in the research the SPSS package was used. Version 22.00 IBM, determining a descriptive analysis of means, frequencies and percentages, a Shapirok - Wilk normality test and a T.Student parametric test for single samples. As the main results it was obtained that the technical analysis showed that 75% of the athletes were in an average level, only 12.5% had a high level as well as 12.5% a low level, generally the level Of execution of this technical gesture was of medium and statistically was verified at a level of P <0.05. |
