La aplicación de las destrezas y habilidades de la secretaria moderna y sus efectos en el desempeño profesional de la secreataria del Instituto de Investigación Científica y Desarrollo durante el periodo 2008-2009

The secretariat is the set of studies that enable them to exercise the post of secretary; Through this process we can form integral professionals both in their intellectual and professional area. This research is defined as a contribution to the development of the secretariat, it is a manifestation and a consequence of a process which has been collected constructive content for current and future generations. For this reason, its structure consists of four chapters are organized as follows: in the first chapter has developed the whole frame of reference, the second chapter the theoretical rationale behind this work is developed, where the skills are central themes of this research. The skills defined as the ability to perform an action of more mental than physical, that allows us to have personal skills related to leadership, communication, negotiation skills, personal and professional relationships, on the other hand if we talk about skills which are more physical than mental, the secretary should be aware that allow the best professional development. The methodology is the way that has allowed the design of this research, so in the third chapter the methods used to provide a consistent level of importance in this study, where the results of this investigation are set are described, as well as verification of the hypothesis These aspects allow us to interpret the actual situation of the factors investigated in the fourth chapter finally we found the conclusions and recommendations are statements that are established once determined the outcome of the investigation.
