Summary:The development of creativity is not considered in the academic curriculum of children in initial, and worse has implemented a fun and innovative way to do and promote creative development, it was determined that the implementation of numerical software through recreational activities influences the development of creativity in children 4 and 5 years, this is mainly because today information technologies and communication are used in our daily lives, in addition also used in different areas and academic activities, even more in the process of teaching and learning, which their integral development through exploration, observation, manipulation, these experiences arise to the extent that advances their knowledge, these lessons are critical to subsequent educational levels, and develop these capabilities, encourage curiosity, interest in learning something new, flashy and mostly your imagination, it is truly a resource to assist in the training process. Motivation, methods, techniques, traditional strategies employed and insufficient update from the teacher did not obtain favorable results for proper development of creativity in children. Finally, in the conducted research it was determined that in education today there are still schools that do not consider the technological means as an effective strategy to develop interests, needs, skills, abilities and abilities of children, still using a traditional education where children are receivers and not transmitters of experiences, the issue raised states that by applying various recreational activities, promptly through the implementation of numerical software develop creativity, with special focus on the learning of numbers, this will perform with the support of selecting a type of software that will be indicated later.
