La gestión empresarial y el desarrollo organizacional en la empresa el Sembrador s.c.c en la ciudad de Riobamba, provincia de Chimborazo.

AUTOR: Estrella Jesenea Villa Vega ABSTRACT: This research has been carried out to determine business management and organizational development inside the company El Sembrador S.C.C. A lot of literature related to the study theme was established, describing the background, definitions, characteristics, and sub-themes related to the two study variables. On the other hand, the study methodology was determined, establishing the hypothetical- deductive method related to the research. A questionnaire was carried out which was applied to the nine workers of the El Sembrador SCC company; then, the results were tabulated through the SPSS 25 program, creating a database, obtaining results that show the true of the company with positive and negative aspects, the same that are detailed below. Workers consider that they have not received training, they have received motivational incentives, they have experienced job rotation, the organizational environment and the labor relationships between workers and bosses are neither good nor bad. To verify the relationship between the variables, the chi-square was used. Through the analysis, the alternative hypothesis was accepted, stating that "Business management affects the organizational development of the company El Sembrador S.C.C." Afterward, the proposal was made, where the business management strategies for the organizational development of the company El Sembrador S.C.C were established, which help as support for the administrators, focused on improving internal relationships in the company.
