| סיכום: | Building maintenance is directly related to the conditions and quality of a building, since it influences its useful life; However, deterioration is a frequent problem that any type of construction faces due to a natural aging process. In order to avoid deterioration in any construction, the frequency with which existing buildings have been intervened must be determined, identifying whether there are processes with which maintenance and the necessary resources are prioritized. To this end, in this research a maintenance management model required by building users is developed. In particular, the appropriate process for managing maintenance in existing buildings is discussed in depth. The research will be developed in three phases: first a collection of information and review of regulations, second development of the maintenance management model for the existing buildings and finally the evaluation and discussion of results of the buildings that belong to a Higher Education institution. The results will allow us to draw conclusions considering public buildings as a case study. Also, the results will allow applying the proposed maintenance management model. |
