| Summary: | ABSTRACT: This thesis with the theme Managerial Management and Decision Making in the Clinic "Happy Dent", in the city of Latacunga. The objective was to analyze how managerial management influences decision making in the clinic. This study focused on diagnosing the current state of managerial management and its impact on strategic and operational decisions, theorizing the key concepts involved and proposing improvement strategies. The Hypothetical deductive methodology was used, using a descriptive approach and a non-experimental research design, allowing to observe and analyze this study, in order to obtain the necessary data, a questionnaire was used as directed survey to the clinic staff to identify key areas such as confusion about goals and objectives, effectiveness of planning and clarity about the responsibilities and roles of the team, these results demonstrated that despite the efforts of management to create an effective structure, there are still gaps that affect the quality of service and operational efficiency. On the other hand, to verify all this data, a reliability process was carried out on the surveys using the SPSS system, it helps to obtain a favorable result with Cronbach's Alpha. To get the verification of the hypotheses, the Chi-square test was used. Thanks to these verifications, it was possible to determine the acceptance of the alternative hypothesis, which is, managerial management influences decision-making at the Happy Dent clinic in the city of Latacunga. The data collected showed that adequate managerial management has a significant impact on the quality of decision-making at the clinic. Emphasis is placed on the need to improve internal communication, create clearer and more efficient processes, and promote an organizational culture focused on continuous improvement. Based on these results, optimal management strategies were proposed to optimize decisions at the Happy Dent clinic. This includes implementing employee training programs, adopting more effective management tools, and establishing more effective communication channels. |
