Propuesta de restauración arquitectónica del inmueble patrimonial “casa de la mujer” de la ciudad de Riobamba año 2016.

The historical center of Riobamba, encloses, since its conformation, is a rich heritage that can be appreciated walking along its streets. Their constructions have a history that must be known and preserved to strengthen the culture and identify as citizen, so it is substantial to give importance to the study of proposals that cover aspects and qualities of a patrimonial property to improve the interventions that are carried out in the city There we have among its most significant streets the house dedicated to social welfare for women of Riobamba and the province of Chimborazo, under the conformation of the National Women's Policy Coordinator with the program "Casa de la Mujer". This property is affected by the passage of time and the change of use of the housing to a social welfare equipment, so that the current times lead to an integral study and what this work establishes, a proposal of restoration to improve the conditions of life whit the aim of rescue the historical aspects that led to the allocation of the equity value that it possesses. The result obtained is the project based on descriptive analysis that is developed by gathering information of the current urban situation, constructive and architectural, complying with the legal, conceptual and normative bases that govern the canton of Riobamba.
