Estudio comparativo de los procedimientos administrativos sancionatorios en materia de fauna urbana en el Ecuador

ABSTRACT: This research is entitled "COMPARATIVE STUDY OF ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTION PROCEDURES IN RELATION TO URBAN WILDLIFE IN ECUADOR". Due to the need to find appropriate mechanisms to assert the rights of managers involved in urban wildlife sanctioning administrative proceedings. The aim is to analyze the current cantonal regulations of sanctioning administrative procedures in force in Urban Fauna through the doctrinal and legal study in the Riobamba, Quito, Cuenca and Loja cantons. Theoretical framework has been proposed, which consists of three chapters, in which the Administrative Penalty Procedure and Urban Fauna is analyzed and the analysis of the comparison of legislation of the cantons of Riobamba, Quito, Cuenca and shop. The methodological design appropriate to the present social legal research is through the inductive, analytical, descriptive and logical historical research method; nonexperimental research design research approach is qualitative; with descriptive research level; types of research: documentary-bibliographical, field, descriptive. After establishing this baseline, the information was gathered with the instruments designed for this purpose, the data collected are used to draw conclusions and recommendations.
