| Özet: | This research project is presented according to the performance of the Distribution Center GLP Victor Morejón. Its main goal is to optimize of human, technological, and economic, to maximize both: administrative and financial processes performance that take place there. Today the business world operates at a very fast pace where only companies with sufficient capacity meet the new challenges and continuous performance market conditions are able to remain in force. So the current conditions require people with the ability to adapt to the increasingly acute demands of both the market and their clients. It needs just as scientific knowledge in the use of management tools for the optimal use of resources are there in the organization in charge or in the daily work they perform. Due to this work was routed to the development of a model of administrative and financial management. Because of that supporting background it deal this research process using a field design and documentation, using scientific tools, customer surveys and company employees was implemented, where there has been determined the need to implement a model of administrative and financial. It will help to gather actions and strategies to achieve the best results to ensure business continuity in time management. The administrative and financial management seeks to bring about changes, to establish appropriate guidelines for strategic management through the establishment of the mission, vision, goals, values and corporate policies, and the establishment of a manual of functions for positions within the organization, formats to control inside the company, parameters to measure financial efficient. It has returned on capital of the company, e.g. the optimization of financial resources as well as indices to measure management in the organization. |
