Regarding the quantitative approach of the non-experimental field, it was of cross-sectional design and descriptive level; The population was made up of 124 male and female officers, aged between 21 and 28 years, with a = 24 and σ = ± 1,871. For obtaining data, the Resilience Scale of Wagnild and Young (1993) and the Impulsivity Scale of Barratt (1983) adapted version Bis- 11 were used. The results indicated that the level of resilience in the study population is high with 77.4%, and there is a lower level of impulsivity represented by 99.2% of the officers. It was determined that cognitive impulsivity prevails with a value of = 1.5081 and σ = ± 0.42464. The results made it possible to develop a psychoeducational program on "Resilience and impulsivity." In conclusion, the studied population has a high level of resilience and presents a low level of impulsivity, which predominates in the officers' cognitive; this suggests that they would present difficulties in tasks that demand attention for prolonged periods and tend to make decisions quickly. La resiliencia le permite al individuo adaptarse a las situaciones de la vida mientras que la impulsividad es la tendencia a presentar reacciones rápidas e imprevistas ante estímulos. El objetivo fue evaluar la resiliencia e impulsividad en los Agentes Civiles de Tránsito en el año 2021. En cuanto a la metodología enfoque cuantitativo, de campo no experimental, fue de diseño transversal y nivel descriptivo; la población estuvo conformada por 124 agentes de género masculino y femenino, en edades comprendidas entre 21 y 28 años, con una =24 y σ = ±1,871. Para la obtención de datos, se utilizó la Escala de Resiliencia de Wagnild y Young (1993) y la Escala de Impulsividad de Barratt (1983) versión adaptada Bis- 11. Los resultados indicaron que, el nivel de resiliencia en la población de estudio es alto con un 77,4% y existe un menor nivel de impulsividad representado por el 99,2% de los agentes. Se determinó que prevalece la impulsividad de tipo cognitiva con un valor de =1,5081 y σ = ±0,42464. Los resultados permitieron elaborar un programa psicoeducativo de “Resiliencia e impulsividad”.
