Sammanfattning:A digital marketing plan is an instrument that intervenes in a transcendental way in the business environment, since organizational structures are immersed in a dynamic and competitive environment. In this context, the interest was born to develop this research workcalled "Digital Marketing Strategies to strengthen the services offered by the company Spinconstrucciones- Latacunga" with the aim of proposing digital marketing strategies to strengthen the services offered by the company Spinconstrucciones- Latacunga. A descriptive and field research type was chosen, non- experimental because the real situationof the company Spinconstrucciones was observed without manipulating it. The mixed method and survey and interview techniques were used with a structured questionnaire of 23 questions and an interview guide as instruments. The sample consisted of 383 inhabitants and the company manager. The results showed that for 48% of the respondents Spinconstrucciones does manage adequate advertising in traditional and digital media, but for 52% it does not. Thus, it is concluded that, at present, the services of the company Spinconstrucciones are not handled through digital marketing since, they do not work on their presence in the market through digital media and platforms, so it is necessary to train staff on this type of marketing, the use of digital channels and the importance of investing inthis action. From these findings we proceed with the development of the proposal with key strategies for the company to achieve better positioning and recognition.
