Eficacia del tratamiento fisioterapeutico incluido el manejo del balón terapeuitico en pacientes con problemas de la columna en el hospital básico 11BCB en el periodo de octubre del 2012 a febrero del 2013

The National Center for Health Statistics considered that back and spinal disorders are the most frequent cause of limitation of physical activity in people less than 45 years of age. It is the disease that causes more work absenteeism after the common cold, was the general objective; Determine the active physiotherapeutic benefits (use of the therapeutic ball) to reducing complaints, and tone muscle groups of the vertebral column, the methodology used was the work field through the application of Physiotherapeutic treatment to patients diagnosed with disorders of spine, with apparent back pain. The results were satisfying sessions carried out managed to decrease the levels of pain to tolerable values by the patient, likewise the use of the therapeutic ball improved the mobility of patients and correct posture, with the consequent pain relief. With the results he could meet the proposed objectives and test the hypothesis posed to the initiation of the investigation, allowing the conclusions and make recommendations.
