Шошго нэмэх | Тойм: | The study ergonomic risk in lifting and lowering loads at an agroindustrial company by applying the NIOSH method to determine the Recommended Weight Limit (RWL) and Lifting Index (LI). A sample of 10 workers from production and administration was considered, using the Kuorinka Nordic Questionnaire to identify musculoskeletal disorders and analyze factors such as distance, height, angle and frequency. Results showed that most tasks exceeded recommended loads limits, posing a high health risk, particularly in the production areas. Forty percent (40%) of workers reported discomfort in the lumbar region, neck and shoulders, associated with heavy lifting and poor postures. The study proposed training in proper lifting techniques, workstation improvements and the use of tools to reduce physical strain. This research contributes to the understanding of ergonomic risk at “INDUSTRIA DE AGUA Y FILTRACIÓN CIA LTDA”, laying the groundwork for future improvements. |
