El sistema de información y los canales de comunicación en el GAD Municipal de Baños.

The present research, which has as its theme, "The information system and communication channels in the Municipal Government of Baños", aims to diagnose the area of human talent and the administrative area, in the context of continuous training of employees from strategies to improve the quality of information provided by the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Baños de Agua Santa. To support the research certain types of methodologies will be used, which are: descriptive and field analytical, also a survey was applied with closed and open questions, based on the Likert scale and a table describing strategies to improve the quality of information management and communication within the department of human and administrative talent of GADBAS. In the results and discussion, a confidence level of around 95% is identified, so the significance level is approximately 5% (0.05), which is an index that allows establishing that both the questions and the strategies will help to improve the information systems together with the communication channels. Within the conclusion of the research it is identified that the departmental heads of the administrative area and human talent need to apply strategies such as the application of social networks, round table, training every 6 months in interpersonal relations, payment system and discussions with the departmental heads, in order to give good treatment to intrapersonal relationships within GADBAS.
