La violencia gineco-obstétrica y el derecho a la salud de la mujer

ABSTRACT "Gynecological-obstetric violence and the right to health of women," research project is a legal, critical and methodological study was duly structured in four chapters. Chapter I is about the statement of the problem, the justification, and the research objectives that include determining the impact on the women's right to health that causes obstetric, gynecological violence. Chapter II of the research includes the theoretical framework that includes state of the art composed of the conclusions of similar research and the theoretical aspects divided into the following units: gynecological-obstetric violence, the right to health; and gynecological-obstetric violence about the right to health of women. In Chapter III is the research methodology that was used in the investigative process to meet the stated objectives; and, finally, in Chapter IV, the interpretation and discussion of the results obtained through the research instruments applied to the Judicial Unit of Violence against women and members of the family nucleus, the Prosecutors of Gender Violence and the Lawyers in the free exercise of the Riobamba canton. The content of each of the units aims at the objectives set out in the research project and consequently establishes the respective conclusions and recommendations.
