Cuir clib leis | Achoimre: | The profile of professionals in the Industrial Engineering career is to contribute to improving the citizens' lifestyle and safety, and this research focuses on the identification and evaluation of ergonomic risks in maintenance personnel and auxiliary services. The National University of Chimborazo with the elaboration of a prevention plan due to the different characteristics that are evidenced for the study. It has been observed that in the maintenance and auxiliary service personnel there are no designs with ergonomic criteria of use nor prevention plans that contain the workers themselves as a fundamental pillar of labor, due to this must transmit concrete information on occupational hazards. For this reason and in order to make available to workers and other professionals related to auxiliary maintenance and service personnel, a tool that helps them to identify and solve the main ergonomic risks that exist in the fulfillment of the various functions performed in Their jobs, to the same ones that we will give solution with the application of Rula's methods, CHECK LIST ISO 11228-3: 2007, INSHT Method and directed surveys. From the present investigation we have obtained as results an identification of bad postures giving us a qualification in the majority of workers of 7 with an Intolerable level reason why we need urgent changes in the position or the task as long as taking the time of exhibition To the developed activity, the elaboration throughout this process of a Prevention Plan that will serve as a bibliographical support of consultation for the personnel and workers as well as professionals related to the subject who are able to modify the conditions and the environment of work. Finally, the Occupational Health, Occupational Health and Environmental Management Unit may take into account the investigative work as a central element of a training plan on prevention of ergonomic risks directed at the workers and middle managers through which we have obtained the information of Field necessary for the realization of this project. |
