Gaia:The present research work focused its study on the Flourishing of students, and their flourishing, understood the latter as a state of people who experience positive emotions and see their life without any setbacks, living in an optimal range of human functioning. This research established the general objective of analyzing Flourishing and the differences in boys and girls from the Fourth Grade School, parallel "A" of the Fe y Alegria Educational Unit, Riobamba, and Chimborazo. It was a study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, and transactional, descriptive, for the basic objective, for the field location. The instrument used for data collection consisted in the adaptation of the PERMA profile (Butler & Kern, 2016), the test composed of 25 items of closed questions, and it allowed studying psychological aspects, emotions, physical description or formal analysis. The sample consisted of 34 students of the fourth year of General Basic Education parallel "A". The results showed that the students have a high level of Flourishing and optimal well-being, varying the results between each component of the PERMA model, observing a good development in their positive emotions, which makes it possible to cope with conflict situations that are present on a daily basis. With a balanced emotional stability.
