La discriminación laboral y la vulneración de derechos a personas con discapacidad visual.

The current research project was carried out with the objective of determining through a doctrinal and critical legal analysis of how discrimination against people with visual impairments violates the roght of workers. It was accomplished througt the development os specific objectives in wich a doctrinal analysis of labor discrimination and a legal analysis of the labor rights of these peoplewith disabilities were carried out ans thus it will be determined if there is a violation of labor rights such as consequence of the discrimination the workers received. The descriptive research method was used throughouth the study decause it demonstrate the working life of those with visual disabilities. Through the results os the data collection conducted through surveys and tabulation, it was possible to demosntrate that there is a high percebtage of cases in wich workplace discrimination jeopardizes the rights of people with visual impairment. By allowing all potential project-related points to be raised, it is possible to establish the proposal with the aim of improving or resolving the identified problem. In order for businesses that hire or employ people with disabilities to be able to develop the guidelines for properly choosing, positioning,and including thew in the workplace while providing them with a suitable working environment , it is necessasry to conduct an analysis that identifies the proper infraestructure that contains the necessary security standarda. This will allow businesses to provide employee with disabilities with a secure working environment and allow them to perform their jobs correctly and peacefully.
