Tóm tắt:ABSTRACT: : This research addressed the topic of organizational leadership and its impact on the work performance of the workers of Spartan Quito-Ecuador. The management does not have a way to evaluate the branch workers and because of this the staff's performance is average and the proposed objectives are not known. For the development of this project, the hypothetical deductive method was used, through the descriptive research approach and with a non-experimental documentary design. Furthermore, as a population we have the 34 workers who operate in the branch. Since the population is very small, the sample is intentional and therefore we worked with the universe itself. Once the survey was applied to our study group, the results obtained were analyzed and interpreted. And the hypothesis testing was carried out, which was carried out using the chi square in the SPSS program. Where Chi-squared is 15.051, it is greater than the critical value of 9.488, the null hypothesis is rejected in favor of the alternative hypothesis, it is concluded with a 95% level of confidence that organizational leadership affects the work performance of workers in the SPARTAN company. At the end of the research, it could be concluded that leadership is not a characteristic or quality in people, but rather it is a process that will be developed. Generally, within companies, managers oversee managing the resources they have, including human resources. The main function of a manager is to delegate functions and supervise their fulfillment. Minimizing the economic resources factor and enhancing the results obtained to meet organizational objectives.
