Sammanfattning:The main purpose of this research study named “La Electroestimulación Muscular y el desarrollo de la fuerza en el tren superior" responds to an experimental research with a quantitative focus with the objective of "Analizar la Electroestimulación Muscular y el desarrollo de la fuerza en el tren superior en personas adultas". In this research, we will frame topics about electrostimulation such as what it is, the uses it has, benefits, and risks, as well as our other variable which is strength, explaining what it is, the types of strength, and how it is applied in sport. In each of these sections, we based ourselves on both local and international scientific articles that support the basis of our research topic. The study was carried out in the Los Pinos neighborhood of the Calpi parish in the province of Chimborazo with twelve people, including six who used the program with electrostimulation and six who worked without this method. The instrument used to measure rapid strength was the Maximum Bicep Curl Test, which consists of lifting a dumbbell adapted to the weight of the dumbbell for men and women for thirty seconds, Two TENS-EMS HYS-666 electro-stimulators were used for the development of this intervention, following a timetable with different objectives and intensities over 12 weeks. Following this, the subsequent analysis of the SPSS V21 program led us to the conclusion that the electro-stimulation program used in this research has favorable and very satisfactory results that can be applied in the future and are by our proposed objectives.
