El testimonio del Perito Contable en Delito de Estafa y su efecto Jurídico en las sentencias emitidas por la Unidad Judicial Penal con Sede en el cantón riobamba, durante el año 2014

This research is directed: in order to determine legal effect that provokes the accounting expert testimony in fraud crime, it is divided into four chapters: Chapter I) is the Guiding Framework, comprising the general and specific objectives to determine if the testimony of accounting expert witness give rise to a legal effect; also is exposed the rationale that specifically identifies the juridical and legal motivation for this research. Chapter II) develops the Theoretical Framework where the interview instrument was applied; through which doctrines, theories, concepts and bibliographical articles from books, laws, regulation and texts were obtained, it comes to build the legal conceptual theoretical and doctrinaire part of the research. Chapter III) develops the Methodological Framework, which studies the problem from the particular to general; where an analysis is carried out about legal effect of accounting expert witness; for this an interview guide was used with inductive method; as a result the information that helped to identify the legal implications of swiftness principle in the direct process is obtained. Chapter IV), develops conclusions and recommendations about the most important and relevant aspects to this legal research work.
