Přidat tag | Shrnutí: | The objective of this research work is to determine how financial management has an impact on the profitability of the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Minga Ltda., of the city of Riobamba during the period 2019-2020, for which the hypothetical-deductive method was used through the approach of descriptive research of nom-experimental design, by establishing as study population the financial statements to which the technique of content analysis was applied and on the other hand the general manager and the main accountant were chosen in representation of the 18 permanent workers of the cooperative in order to extract supplementary information of the financial management through the application of an interview and the observation technique. The main results of the research show that the cooperative has liquidity problems, poor asset management and high unnecessary expenses, which have caused low profitability levels. Therefore, an Integral Financial Management model is proposed to improve profitability and adequately control resources. |
