Cuir clib leis | Achoimre: | This research sought to determine the presence of mental load and its relationship with burnout syndrome in workers in the administrative area of the GAD of Penipe. It is a cross-sectional, descriptive and explanatory study. The study population is made up of 103 full-time workers. Data collection was carried out through the Burnout (MBI) and Mental Load (SWAT) questionnaire. For the analysis and processing of data, the statistical program S.P.S.S 20.0 Windows version was used. To complete the study, an intervention manual was developed for the critical factors determined. The results obtained are 15 workers have a low burnout syndrome and mental load, 72 workers have a medium burnout syndrome and mental load and 16 workers have a high burnout syndrome and mental load. It is concluded that the variables investigated have a medium-high impact, being worrying symptoms for the health of workers, which is why it is necessary to mitigate through support strategies, improvement of working conditions and a collaborative environment, positive psychology, among other actions that can generate a safe and healthy environment for workers. |
