El proceso administrativo en la federación deportiva de Chimborazo y sus efectos en la atención al cliente externo, periodo 2012

A process is the set of steps or stages necessary to carry out an activity or achieve a goal. The administrative process is the set of phases or successive stages through which the administration, same as interrelate and form an integral process is performed. This research is defined as a contribution to the administrative process is an expression and result of a process in which constructive contents have been compiled for all generations. It is so, its structure consists of five chapters are as follows: in the first chapter has developed the whole frame of reference, the second chapter the theoretical rationale behind this work is developed, where the administrative process and attention customer are the central themes of this research. The administrative process is the process where each of the people working in the FDCH takes effective teamwork and efficiently to thereby achieve the objective. To efficiently develop excellent results the customer is oriented anticipation of the needs and expectations of the value added of users FDCH strategy. The methodology is the medium that has allowed the design of this research, so in the third chapter the methods used are described to provide an important link in this research where the results of this investigation are set, as well as verification of the hypothesis, aspects that allow us to interpret the actual situation of the factors investigated in the fourth chapter we find the conclusions and recommendations are statements that are established once determined the outcome of the investigation, and finally in chapter five proposals and strategies that are statements exposed recommended that once the research.
