總結:The lack of dynamization of the learning process makes it immersed in the routine and the demotivation of the student, reflecting as a lack of interest to the classes, low grades, fear of the subject. This research analyzes the use of a multimedia tool EDUCAPLAY as a strategy for learning General Chemistry, taking into account the change of education, coupled with the current technological reality. It is proposed the construction of knowledge, presenting the student as an active axis in which education moves, being the unique entity, builder of knowledge; so it is imperative to motivate their attention with new and technological methodologies of feasible use. The design of the research was non-experimental because the variables were not manipulated so that the natural context phenomena were observed. For this purpose, the 22 students of the second semester of the Biology, Chemistry and Laboratory were considered for the data collection through a survey. The analysis of the multimedia tool Educaplay revealed the benefits that it presents in the current education, its use is of paramount importance for educators and for the students because it would help to promote the learning of the subject obtaining meaningful knowledge, its implementation will benefit to the current education.
