With the completion of this thesis has tried to draw attention to the enormous challenge for tourism businesses in general, and hotel companies in particular face the changes that occur in the current tourism environment. The increasing competition, changes in the behavior of tourists as well as technological advances facing tourist destinations, among other factors, coupled with issues such as seasonality of tourism demand, excessive dependence on specific markets and issuers reduction in average spending per tourist, has led to the search for solutions in order to maintain and improve the current competitive situation in the sector. |
